Age:

You must be of legal age (18 years or older) to purchase off this website.

Product:

Our products are made in New Zealand and are only available for purchase and delivery within NZ.

While every effort is made to adjust photos to be a close to the actual item as possible, please note there may be some variance due to your computer or wireless device displaying images and colour differently.  

We make all efforts to keep the stock numbers up to date, however we will not be liable to anyone if we are unable to fulfil an order. We will advise you immediately in the unusual circumstance a garment ordered is out of stock and will offer an alternative or a refund.

Shipping / Delivery:

Delivery is within New Zealand only. Delivery costs are not included in the prices shown. We will process your order within 1 business day following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. Delivery is by NZ Post and the delivery target is up to 3 working days (no delivery on weekends). Delivery to rural or remote areas may take longer and there is a surcharge for Rural Delivery. Please see delivery estimates to your location when proceeding to checkout. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. 

Cancellations:

We will accept order cancellations by phone, text message or email if received and confirmed by us before your order is dispatched. Any cost incurred with cancelling the order, including bank fees, will be deducted from the refund. Refunds can only be made to the original account or credit card used for the purchase and banks can take up to 10 working days to process refunds.

Returns Policy:

Should your purchase not fit, you may return the item at your own cost within 7 days. The item must be in the same condition that it was sent to you. On receipt of the item we will process a refund or send you an alternative item if requested by you. Postage costs will not be reimbursed. Refunds can only be made to the original account or credit card used for the purchase and banks can take up to 10 working days to process refunds.

LGPG are proud of the quality of our New Zealand-made garments. However, should an item be faulty in any way despite our thorough quality checks, then please return to us unworn within 7 days. We will offer you the choice of accepting a replacement item or a full refund, including reimbursement for postage both ways, up to the value of the original quoted shipping cost each way.

Payments:

We accept payments by all major credit cards using Stripe as our Global Payment Solution to ensure our website is amongst the most secure and efficient online shops in New Zealand. Stripe has the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. Your payment information is securely transmitted directly encrypted to Stripe without it passing through this site.

You may also pay by Polipay which is a direct payment system from your bank account via internet banking. Polipay uses your Internet Banking security system. No data is collected or stored by anyone, including Polipay.
